REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: November 15, 2023

At Craft It & Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and services. However, due to the custom nature of many of our items, refunds and returns are subject to the following policy:

1. Custom Orders

1.1 Non-Refundable
Custom orders are tailored specifically to your requirements, and therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

1.2 Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective custom item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing
[Insert Email Address] with the following:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of the defect.

​1.3 Resolution
If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, we will:
- Offer a replacement item, or
- Provide a store credit equivalent to the value of the defective item.

1.4 Incorrect Information
We are not responsible for errors in custom orders caused by incorrect details provided by the
customer (e.g., sizes, colors, text). Please review your order carefully before approving the
design and completing payment.

2. Print-on-Demand Items

2.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns for print-on-demand items under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The item received does not match the order (e.g., wrong design, size, or color).

2.2 Non-Refundable
Returns are not accepted for:
- Incorrect sizes chosen during the ordering process. (Please refer to our size guide before
ordering.)

- Change of mind or preference after the order has been processed.

2.3 Reporting Issues
To request a return for a print-on-demand item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
[Insert Email Address]. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item.

​2.4 Resolution
If the return is approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Provide a store credit equivalent to the item’s purchase value.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Custom Orders: Refunds are issued only as store credit.
- Print-on-Demand Items: Refunds can be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Custom Orders
Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided production
has not begun. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

4.2 Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Shipping Costs

Refunds or replacements do not include original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for
return shipping unless the issue was caused by Craft It & Co. (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

6. Exceptions

Craft It & Co. reserves the right to evaluate returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. In
special cases, we may offer alternative resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
